J1 (2YearsRule) to G4 > Necesario Waiver?

Hola a todos!

Mi primer post es para saber si alguien puede aclararme la duda que presento en el tema...
Se que para pasar de un J1 (sujeto a la 2Years Rule) a un visado de trabajo tipo H1B u otros es necesario tramitar un Waiver. Eso si lo he podido leer. Sin embargo, para tramitar un visado G4 (para trabajar organismos internacionales) no estoy tan segura... Apenas hay informacion en internet, ni en las web de embajas ni USCIS, sobre este asunto...

In most cases they were granted F1 visa and U.S. Embassy postponed their 2-year home residency requirement to a later time. Should I consider the case with G4 visa to be the same?

Puede ser, porque los visados a los que hace referencia son visados que te permiten trabajar H o L o bien acceder a una posición que te permita trabajar en un futuro como el de prometido, K.

Yo lo preguntaría directamente por teléfono, y con paciencia, en la embajada de USA en España. Aclara que el visado al que quieres optar es el G.
